At ArthAssure E-comRecon Suite, we are committed to providing our customers with a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at gitanj@bitrisers.com or +91-9773100045. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
We provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of your current subscription month. When you cancel your subscription, you will receive a refund calculated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. No Retroactive Refunds
We do not provide retroactive refunds for past usage periods. Refunds are only issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle from the date of cancellation.
5. Trial Period
New users are eligible for a 1-month free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically enrolled in your selected subscription plan.
6. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can manage your subscription settings through your account dashboard.
7. Service Suspension
Lack of payment will result in immediate suspension of service. To restore service, any outstanding payments must be settled.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases where our service fails to function as described, please contact our support team for case-by-case evaluation for potential full or partial refunds.
9. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and users will be notified through in-account notifications.
