1. Services Offered

ArthAssure E-comRecon Suite provides e-commerce sellers with financial reconciliation and related analytical tools to identify operational financial leakages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Trial and Subscription

New users are eligible for a 1-month free trial. After the trial, prepaid subscription plans apply, ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹20,000 per month, or custom enterprise pricing. Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly. Lack of payment results in immediate suspension of service.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused part of the current subscription month. No retroactive refunds for past usage.

5. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and usage.

6. Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, copy, or duplicate our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks are owned by Gitanj Sheth Technologies.

9. Data Privacy

Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee error-free operation.

11. Marketing and Promotions

By accepting these Terms, you allow us to send you marketing and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any such email.

12. Third-Party Services

We use services like AWS, PostgreSQL, and payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, Paypal, and other recognized providers. We are not responsible for their practices.

13. Data Retention

We retain user data indefinitely unless a deletion request is submitted.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the previous 3 months.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately and communicated via in-account notification.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
