How it usually goes.
No contract up front, no sales dance. Here's how working together usually unfolds.
It starts with a conversation. A call or a few messages, enough for each of us to get a feel for the other and what you're dealing with.
From there, we come to you. Sitting in your office, walking the floor and meeting your people tells us far more than any screen can, so we strongly prefer to visit in person. You cover the travel and stay, and in return we see the problem where it actually lives, which is rarely where everyone assumes. If an in-person visit truly isn't possible, we do this part online.
Then you get a preliminary read: what we think is really going on, and how we'd go about fixing it. If it feels right on both sides, that's when we agree the terms, with the problem finally in full view.
From there we get to work, and we see it through until the problem is actually solved.
A few things worth stating plainly:
- The on-site visit is on your account: travel and stay, at cost. You can ask to keep it virtual, but a business is hard to read through a keyhole, and that tends to slow the fix or weaken it.
- The engagement can be a one-time fee or a retainer, whichever fits the work and your preference.
- If our preliminary read doesn't convince you, you owe us nothing and walk freely. No strings attached.
Bring us the problem you can't pin down.
Let's see if you find what you're looking for.
